King Bruwaert House

The King Bruwaert House is a retirement home that includes skilled and sheltered care wings. This project involved the build-out of 6,100 square feet of floor area for an outpatient clinic and physical therapy rooms. In a separate wing, 5,500 square feet was remodeled for sheltered care resident rooms.Working from the Architectís plans, Hill Mechanical did the engineering design work, prepared installation drawings and was the Prime Contractor for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical work. The clinic and physical therapy areas are served by a small VAV air handling system, with hot water finned tube radiation for heat. A dental office is supplied with vacuum and compressed air systems. The sheltered care resident rooms are served by heating/cooling fan coil units on a dual temp changeover system. Architect: Nagle Hartray Danker Kagan McKay Architects Planners Ltd.
