Hill Mechanical Group is installing a new gas fired heating/air rotation system for the existing 635,000 square foot Albertsons (Jewel Foods) Dry Grocery Warehouse Distribution Center. A new plumbing system is also being installed for the warehouse. The new systems will be installed over two years and encompass five phases. Each phase requires the existing roof structure, inclusive of mechanical and plumbing systems, to be raised 24 feet. Also included in the project is the installation of a new 500-HP steam boiler.
