Hill Mechanical, acting as Construction Manager, is replacing 45 year old utility piping including 150 psi steam, pumped steam condensate return, domestic water and fire mains. Portions of the piping systems that were direct burial will now be routed through new tunnels and vaults. The piping mains also extend throughout buildings and on roofs.
