The 58,150 square foot, four-story plus basement building contains 20 one-bedroom memory support units and 36 two-bedroom assisted living units.All sanitary, storm and vent systems are included as well as three 300,000 Btuh water heaters, each with a total of 480 GPH recovery at 100 degrees.
