Hill Mechanical Group renovated the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing of the Kitchen (they call it Galley), Main Dining Room and new second floor Library on a design and build basis.The project included: new kitchen canopy hood, new kitchen exhaust fan, revise existing kitchen hood exhaust ductwork, revise make-up air distribution system, new dishwasher exhaust fan, dishwasher exhaust ductwork, new steam boiler with stack, new steam, steam condensate return and natural gas piping. The air distribution system serving the public areas were altered. A complete new plumbing system was installed in the Kitchen including underground piping. A new water service was installed with miscellaneous plumbing repairs and upgrades throughout the Clubhouse.
