Hill Mechanical is providing complete HVAC and Plumbing systems for this 160,000 square foot Mission Critical data processing facility which will handle worldwide banking services.The first phase of this project includes 2600 tons of the ultimate future 10,400 tons of cooling capacity to serve the initial 44,000 square feet of Data Center. The central cooling plant includes centrifugal chillers, pumps, cooling towers and CRAC units. The project additionally includes infrastructure services for the facility emergency generators including two 30,000 gallon fuel tanks, four 400 gallon day tanks and all of the associated piping, leak detection, and controls. The entire facility is controlled by a central DDC BAS system. Architect and Structural Engineer:
