Hill Mechanical Corp. was the design and build plumbing contractor for this 84 unit, nine-story 144,000 square foot condominium developed by Oculus Development, L.L.C. The project incorporates 6,000 square feet of retail space plus a 40,000 square foot parking garage.The plumbing scope included a 7.5 HP simplex water booster pump, two 720,000 Btuh hot water heaters and domestic water, sanitary, storm and vent piping.
