Hill Mechanical was the prime contractor for the mechanical renovations at the 70,000 square foot, three story, 30-classroom school.The work included replacing 24 unit ventilators, one gymnasium air handling unit, one fan coil unit and an exhaust fan. New dual temperature - heating, cooling, piping mains were installed. Additionally, new ADA plumbing fixtures and plumbing piping mains were included in the project. Existing HVAC and plumbing piping was reinsulated as well as the new piping systems. Hill Mechanical managed the architectural and electrical trades.
