Hill Mechanical is the design and build prime contractor - including mechanical, electrical and architectural trades - for the following work:New pipe loop interconnecting three existing boiler rooms in order to reduce the number of operating boilers. Install 32 new classroom unit ventilators with wall cabinets and seven fan coil units. Replace existing baseboard radiation. Install a new 200-ton air cooled chiller and piping system to serve the unit ventilators. Replace two five-ton air cooled condensing units. Exhaust fan and ductwork. Two five-ton packaged roof mounted units for the fitness area. Performance Contractor:
