Local 399 - International Union of Operating Engineers

HIll Mechanical is the design/build HVAC and Plumbing contractor for this new union hall and training facility. The two-story 37,500 square foot building has a total cooling load of 280 tons. Two variable air volume packaged roof mounted units are ducted to fan powered boxes with electric heating coils in the office. Five constant volume roof top units with gas fired furnaces serve the corridor/prefunction room, classrooms, and auditorium. A DDC Control system is installed.Architect:
