Hill Mechanical installed the HVAC and plumbing systems in this three story 70,000 square foot 97 unit residential apartment building. Hill Mechanical acting as the prime mechanical contractor also managed the electrical and fire protection systems installation.Individual packaged electric terminal units provide heating and cooling for every perimeter room. Each apartment also incorporates electric baseboard heating and toilet exhaust. An air handling unit installed in the third floor mechanical room takes 100% outside air and supplies neutral air to the corridors. A two-stage gas fired duct furnace is installed downstream of the air handler. A 30 ton air cooled condensing unit set on grade is connected to the refrigerant cooling coil in the unit. Architect:
