Hill Mechanical Group installed the HVAC and Plumbing for new offices on the 12th floor of a warehouse building originally occupied by Spiegel, Inc. The 50,000 square foot space is served by 13 roof mounted packaged air conditioning units totaling 305 tons. A perimeter hot water radiation system is piped to a converter connected to the existing low pressure steam system. The major component of the plumbing work was rerouting services into the building.
