The original shopping mall was completely renovated and substantially altered. All existing mechanical and plumbing systems were demolished. The new Streets of Woodfield Center is 424,400 square feet on two levels and includes a 20-screen Loews Theater complex.Hill Mechanical Group performed a design/build installation of the heating, ventilating, air conditioning and plumbing systems for the theater complex and the core and shell of the remaining retail sales area. The space is served by 65 single zone packaged roof-mounted air conditioning units with gas fired furnaces totaling 1,600 tons.
