Hill Mechanical is the design and build HVAC-Plumbing contractor for the new St. Vincent DePaul ñ Sisters of Charity Center. The three-story, 100,000 square foot facility houses an underground heated parking garage, full court gymnasium, full service kitchen, classrooms and daycare rooms for children from infancy to kindergarten.The main building space is conditioned by two 100 ton VAV air handlers with respective air cooled chillers while the gymnasium is air conditioned and heated by a 20 ton packaged rooftop unit. Two hot water boilers are piped to all fan powered VAV boxes and perimeter radiation. A complete DDC control system is installed.
