This large multi-use project incorporates two blocks of Highland Park. The downtown redevelopment includes: 63,000 square feet of retail space; a Saks Fifth Avenue department store; two restaurants, a five theater cinema; three story 40,000 square feet of office space; 32 residential apartments; common areas; and a 200,000 square foot underground parking garage.Hill Mechanical Group is installing the base building HVAC and plumbing on a design and build basis.
